All orders on this website are custom orders, made specifically for you.  You can anticipate a production time of approximately two weeks.  The pictures on the "Shop On-Line" page are representations...not the actual set of beads that you will receive.

My beads are handmade by me and wound on a 1/16 mandrel. To date, I use Moretti/Effetre, Vetrofond, Reichenbach, Double Helix Glassworks and German Lauscha glass. All of my beads are annealed in a kiln for durability. Due to the uniqueness of handmade lampwork, each bead has its own "character" or "personality" if you prefer, so no two beads are exactly alike. I try to be very specific as to the size and shape of the beads in my descriptions. Should you have any questions, just drop me an email and I will respond as soon as possible. I strive to make my customers very happy with their purchase. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and we will work out the return and I will issue a full credit (minus initial shipping costs) to your paypal account, as soon as the returned item is received. Payment is expected at time of purchase.  I accept PayPal (preferred), Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. If you would like to pay by personal check, please let me know via email. All payments in U.S. dollars please. Production on payments made by personal checks will be delayed due to bank clearing procedures as stated below under shipping.

I ship via U.S. Postal Service, first class mail. Flat rate shipping fee of $2.50. I can ship up to 3 items in one box at no additional cost. Just be sure to let me know via email if you have more than 1 item shipping. Any additional items beyond 3, add $ .50 cents per item. Flat rate shipping for International Shipments will be $5.50. (Same rule above applies up to 3 items.) PayPal orders and money orders will ship immediately once production of your custom order is completed. I will email you when the shipment goes out. Personal Check orders will ship as soon as your check clears my bank (typically 7 days) and I will email you when the shipment goes out. Insurance for your package is optional and will add $1.65 to your shipping total. Just let me know if you would like insurance on your package. Shipments are wrapped in bubble wrap and secured in a box to ensure safe shipping.
